- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 4-6 medjool dates pitted
- 2 scoops Bone Broth Protein I use Paleo Valley brand
- 1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- ice cubes optional

- 3 cups almond milk

- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for about 2 minutes until completely smooth- you can add ice-cubes to it or serve it over ice later or serve hot!

- 1 large sweet potato about 450 grams
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2-3 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line two small bread pans with parchment paper (5.75 " x 3.25").
- Mince sweet potato in a food processor until it reaches rice consistency. Add rest of ingredients and combine until smooth.
- Evenly divide batter between loaf pans and bake on 350F for 40-45 minutes until golden on top, you will know they are finished baking when a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk chokah brand
- 1/2 yellow onion minced
- 4 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger fresh grated
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce

- 2 pounds butternut squash raw cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk chokah brand
- 1/2 yellow onion minced
- 4 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger fresh grated
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- In a soup pot, add all ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes until butternut squash is soft, but not mushy. Transfer ingredients into a high speed blender (I use my vitamix or kitchenaid) and puree until smooth. Optional: top with a sprinkle of hemp hearts and sea salt to taste.
