- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley fresh
- 2 tablespoons dill fresh
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 small cabbage head shredded
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parsley fresh
- 1/4 cup dill fresh

- 12 oz cooked salmon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley fresh

- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 small cabbage head shredded
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parsley fresh
- 1/4 cup dill fresh
- Combine all ingredients for burgers in a bowl. Shape into four burgers.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat on the stove and drizzle lightly in olive oil. Cook burgers for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- In a blender or food processor combine ingredients for slaw (except cabbage)- this will be your dressing. Add shedded cabbage to a large bowl and toss together with dressing and serve with burgers.
