So, I know that since the holidays had us all stuffing our faces with every kind of cookie under the sun and one glass of egg nog after the other. In order to reverse this action (and all that extra cookie love hanging around the midsection), we need to get serious about eating some pretty darn delicious Whole 30 meals!     Hi. I’m loving the fact that you provide such complete menus. I am finding the courage to start paleo (old habits die hard) and these plans would be so helpfull. But for me it lacks a ingredient list for each weak, to make it easier to shop ahead. I’m not findind it very practical to view each recipe, to copy the ingredient list, and sum it up.

    I just came across your website (thanks, Pinterest), and it is beautiful! I have been eating paleo for 4+ years now, but am trying to figure out ways to make it easier as far as meal-planning goes now that I have a toddler crawling around my feet. 🙂 I would love to see a meal plan like this that also has a shopping list and re-uses ingredients so as not to over-do it on the budget and to make sure nothing is wasted. Having something all in one place (grocery list, list of what to meal prep in advance, etc.) would be an awesome thing to add if you are ever able – unless you already have something like that and I haven’t found it yet? If so, please let me know! For now, I am drooling over the photos and trying to figure out a way to cut down on the time intensiveness of having to click through each recipe to make my shopping list and plan for the week. 🙂 Thanks for all you have done to make these delicious recipes available to the public!

    Everything seems very tasty and delicious. I’m going to have surgery for endometriosis probably next week and will start Whole30 afterwards. I try to find all the meal ideas I can get because I’m worried to struggle finding anything good to eat.
    I will keep you posted once i tasted the meals.
