- 1/2 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 1/3 teaspoon stevia liquid
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil for greasing the waffle iron
- 2 tablespoons gelatin optional- for 17g extra protein!

Ingredients- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot flour

- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 4.5" by 5.5" bread pan with parchment paper.

- Once the batter is combined and smooth, pour it into the loaf pan.
- Bake the loaf on 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour and 5 minutes, until golden brown on top.
