Do you have weekly grocery lists for whole30?
I had weekly meal plans and menus for the month of Jan, not grocery lists though… but they are coming soon!!
Hi Kaylie,
I am headed out now to get all these ingredients but is there any way to get weeks one and two?
Kind Regards,
Joharie
Yes, totally! Here is week 1 & 2 🙂 Enjoy and happy shopping! Week 1: https://paleoglutenfree.com/easy-whole-30-meal-plan/ Week 2: https://paleoglutenfree.com/complete-whole-30-meal-plan/
Wow this is an amazing resource! Thank you!!
Yay! Glad it is helpful Lindsay 🙂 Thank you!
I’ve really been enjoying this meal plan for a great many reasons. My question is this: Are these meant to be stand alone meals or am I supposed to supplement with side dishes?
HI JD, I am so glad you are enjoying this meal plan. To answer your question- it can be either or. You can supplement or not 🙂 Just depends on what you prefer.
Thank you so much for this resource. It’s made Whole 30 doable for me. I’m a little food dumb and I’m wondering if these are meant to be stand alone meals or if they are meant to be supplemented with side dishes/salads/healthy things I can’t think of right now?
Need weeks 1-4. Starting late. Just found out about this today from my acupuncturist.
Hi Aletra, here is the link to all the meal plans: https://paleoglutenfree.com/meal-plans/ 🙂
How am I on day 19 and just now finding your blog?!? I’m excited to try some new recipes this week!
This looks pretty cool but do you ever use leftovers? I’m all about cooking as little as possible but all of these look like you have to cook every meal. I didn’t open each recipe so maybe I’m wrong but that’s what it seems on first glance.
I’m not able to get week 3 to load could you please tell me how to get it
Hi Sonia, I just checked and it’s loading. Maybe try it in a different browser. 🙂
I would like to know how to download the meal plan. I am not having any luck.
Hi Renee, you should be able to right click and download. 🙂
Hi Kaylie! These recipes look amazing! I’m trying to get my whole family on board for a Whole30 challenge. I noticed you have a shopping list linked on one of the 4 weeks worth of recipes. I’m wondering if there is one available for all 4 weeks of Whole30 recipes? Thanks so much. I can’t wait to use your menu!
Hi Kera, I am working on it- I cannot make a shopping list for all four weeks, because the other three weeks are made up of recipes from bloggers all over the internet- linking to their recipes. Once I revise all the meal plans with my own recipes, I will be able to make shopping lists for all weeks!! 🙂 Thanks for your patience.
Look awesome
Hi Kaylie. Great recipes! Would be really good if you could provide the Week 1 and Week.3 “at a glance” weekly planner like you do for Weeks 2 & 4. Your recipe book would benefit from having these at the start of every week as well. Helps with advance planning. Thanks!
I’m curious if these meals would be compatible with SIBO. They look and sound amazing, but good has become my enemy!
I’m not familiar with SIBO, sorry 🙁
