Paleo Avocado Brownie Cups

Paleo Avocado Brownie Cups

Paleo, gluten-free, and chocolaty, these delicious brownie cups are all you need and more. Made with almond butter and avocado, there is no need for butter or eggs. Enjoy plain or add on the almond butter frosting for an extra sweet treat.

These brownie cups are easy to handle like a cupcake, but with the gooey consistency of your favorite brownie!

One bite and your hooked! 🙂

For the frosting, simply mix in your favorite creamy almond butter (or peanut butter) with Simple Mills vanilla frosting for a quick and easy almond frosting.

I am such a fan of chocolate, and these paleo brownie cups do not disappoint!

I was taken straight back to my childhood… with the smell of chocolate floating through the house, it had me peeking through the oven window in anticipation of the sweet treats. 🙂

Kids will love these yummy brownies too… they won’t even know that there is avocado in there!

What they don’t know wont hurt them right?

And with less sugar than other brownies, you won’t feel bad if they eat more than one.

This quick recipe with easy frosting makes a great last minute treat to take to a party!

Also, I love having these on hand for when company drops by.

I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

I made these thinking, followed the recipe, no substitutions. They turned out great, I love them, I didn’t even frost them! I think they’d be great with cherry frosting. I will make them again. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Hi, I noticed the sugar grams have a typo. I am making them for someone who requested them but is on a very low carb diet. Do you know the grams of sugar? I did the math (without frosting) just on the maple syrup and that would be more than 6g per serving. Also is the 271 calories with frosting? Thanks, I don’t usually ask questions like this but it’s for a client.
