- 3/4 cup cassava flour Anthony's Goods brand for best results.
- 3 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- egg wash to make the egg wash, just whip one egg.
- black sesame seeds for sprinkling on top
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor combine all the ingredients for the hamburger buns. Puree until the dough is smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape into a round ball (if the dough is sticking, coat your hands in water and then shape the dough). Pat the round buns down into a dome shape. Brush the buns with egg wash and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake on 400F for about 22-25 minutes until golden brown.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 small avocados mashed
- 1 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1 medium jalapeño minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- olive oil for cooking
- In a large bowl add all the ingredients for the burgers (be sure to mince the jalapeño and garlic, and mash the avocado).
- Mix and mash everything together (with your hands) until thoroughly combined.
- Divide into 10 medium sized burgers. Use a pastry brush and gently brush a tad bit of olive oil over each burger for cooking.
- Grill until cooked through. Or cook on a fry pan over medium heat on the stove.

- In a blender, food processor, or by hand combine ingredients for bread until smooth.
- Pour batter into bread pan (it will be runny). Bake on 350F for 50-60 minutes until golden on top- you will know it is finished cooking when a knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Allow to set for a few minutes before serving. Store loaf in the fridge or freezer to retain freshness (if you leave it on the counter, it will ferment).

- In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium/low heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the heated skillet and smooth out into a thin round shape with the backside of a measuring cup. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.

Ingredients- 21 oz ground hamburger
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons chili lime seasoning blend I get mine from Trader Joe's
- oil for cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat on the stove.
- In a bowl, mix ingredients together until well combined. Form 2 1/2" patties (makes 12).
- Grease skillet and cook burgers four at a time (or however many you can fit on the pan) for about 3 minutes on a each side. Serve with avocado and my homemade paleo ranch dressing- link to recipe in recipe notes.

- Combine all the ingredients for the hamburgers and knead until well combined.
- Heat a grill pan on the stove over medium heat.
- Divide the meat into four patties. Drizzle each meat patty with olive oil. Then grill for four minutes on each side (or to personal taste).
- Assemble burgers with buns, cooked bacon, ranch dressing, avocado wedges, and red onion slices.
- Serve with extra crispy garlic lime sweet potato fries and some more ranch dip!
