Easy Paleo Coconut Flour Chocolate Donuts

  • 1 batch paleo coconut flour brownies
  • 2 batches Maple Frosting To make this maple frosting recipe into a glaze, just water it down with warm water or almond milk. Some people prefer their glaze to be thicker or thiner, so I am leaving that up to you. You can also make a regular confectioners glaze for the donuts- see instructions on how to make it in the recipe notes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Generously grease a donut pan with the melted coconut oil.
  2. Prepare the paleo brownie mix.
  3. Fill the donut pan with brownie batter. Cook on 350F for about 15 minutes (or until cooked).
  4. Prepare the maple frosting. To make this maple frosting recipe into a glaze, just water it down with a few tablespoons warm water or almond milk. Some people prefer their glaze to be thicker or thiner, so I am leaving that up to you. Then add the natural food coloring until it reaches your desired color tone. You can also make a regular confectioners glaze for the donuts by mixing 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup almond milk, and natural food coloring.
  5. Once the donuts have cooled, pour the glaze over them and then top with sprinkles.

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl or KitchenAid, combine all the ingredients for the crust.
  3. Roll the crust out on a pieces of parchment paper. Then transfer the pizza on the parchment paper onto a pizza or baking dish.
  4. Brush the olive oil over the pizza crust, followed by the pesto.
  5. Layer on the chopped mushrooms, onions, olives, and chicken breast.
  6. Bake on 400F for about 20 minutes.
  7. Once the pizza has cooked you can opt to drizzle on more olive oil and pesto if you want.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 8" by 8" pyrex baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor combine all the ingredients, except the oats and chocolate chips. Blend the ingredients together until the batter is fairy smooth- you still want some chunky date texture. The dough will be really sticky!
  3. Add in the oats and pulse the food processor for 5 seconds.
  4. Spoon the batter into the baking dish and smooth out. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if you want, or just leave plain.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes on 350F until slightly golden brown.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease and flour a 10" spring form cake pan.
  3. In a medium size mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the batter (except the cranberries). You can use a blender, food processor, or KitchenAid mixer for this.
  4. Once the batter is completely smooth stir in the cranberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the spring form cake pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the crumble topping. Then gentle sprinkle the crumble topping over the coffee cake batter.
  7. Bake on 350F for 60 minutes until golden brown.

  • 1 medium egg beaten
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a KitchenAid mixer (or by hand), combine all of the ingredients for the dough (except the raisins and cinnamon).
  3. Once the dough is is smooth, gently incorporate the cinnamon and raisins.
  4. Separate the dough into 4 equal parts.
  5. Fill a large sauce pan with 2 quarts of water or half way full. Bring the water to a boil and then turn it slightly down, but keep the water boiling.
  6. Roll each segment of dough into a ball and then shape it into a bagel.
  7. Drop one bagel at a time into the boiling water and let them cook for 1 minute on each side or until they rise to the top of the water.
  8. Once the bagels have boiled, set them on the baking tray. If you so desire to put an egg wash on the bagels to make them brown- simply brush the egg wash on top of the bagels.
  9. Bake the bagels on 350F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
