Creamy Lemon Garlic Dressing (Whole30, Paleo)
Creamy lemon garlic dressing is both whole30 and paleo. This easy dairy free salad dressing tastes like ranch dressing and is made with coconut milk! A healthy oil-free paleo dressing recipe.
I know what you’re thinking…
I want to put this all over my lunch bowl.
Am I right??
Because I do!
I’ve been storing a jar (this is the jar I use and love- it’s so cute!) of this dressing in the fridge for all my salad topping/dressing needs.
The lemon and garlicky kick does the trick to upgrading any boring lunch bowl.
Lemon garlic dressing and crispy sweet potato fries!
Thinking of pairing this dressing with my crispy sweet potato fries?
Yes- you totally should!
So, so good.
We are going back for seconds around here.
This recipe is incredibly easy to make and stores so well in the fridge for whenever you are in the need for a little flavor on your greens or fries.
Everything gets whipped up in the food processor until it’s smooth, then you’re good to go!
This is the food processor I use. 🙂
It’s amazing- we are best friends in the kitchen. 🙂

Made this dressing today and it was amazing! I’ve been looking for a oil-free dressing with only a few ingredients and this was so simple and easy to make.
Thank you Joanna!
I just made this. Followed it to a T and it started to curdled and it’s very liquidy.
I found this recipe a couple weeks ago to try adding to a Buddha bowl I made for my husband and I. (He doesn’t love the tahini lemon dressing like I do unfortunately.) With this dressing, he went back for seconds! Upset I didn’t save this recipe to my Pinterest account, I’ve been searching for it since so I can have another Buddha bowl that he will love. Finally found it! And making it again tonight! Saved to my Pinterest forever! Thank you! ♥️
Wow, awesome! Thank you for sharing Nikki!
Hi I want to make this dressing as looks perfectly delicious. However, is your nutritional label accurate? For a 1/4 cup of goya coconut milk, the carbs are 2 grams, and 100 calories. All the other ingredients have little or no carbs or calories. So how can a serving of this dressing be 24 grams of carbs, 482 calories and 2039 sodium? I really rely on the nutritional labels. Thank you!
Hi Jess, for the nutrition label- it’s automatically calculated, but I can double check on it for you. The nutrition info is for the whole recipe, not just a serving. 🙂
I really want to get some Weck jars. But the 1/4 liter size seems too small for this recipe. Would a larger size be more suitable do you think? Next size of course is twice as big.
