Sweet Potato Fruit Cereal
Want to know my secret?
My meal prep golden nugget is this:
Bake a batch of sweet potatoes the night before; you know, when you are just chilling watching Netflix or the latest episode of British Baking Show.
Then in the morning, chop up the sweet potatoes, throw some fruitiness in there, and douse it all with almond milk.
Ah-mazing. Two thumbs up!
Personally, I bake my sweet potatoes in my convection toaster oven, because they cook faster and get all soft on the inside and the caramely sugars oozing out.
My favorite storage ideas for this cereal:Â the fridge in these glass lock containers.
There literally isn’t an easier breakfast for before you head off to work or the gym.
Eat up and enjoy, because it’s all healthy goodness and straight up plants here!

Another ingredient to top off the bowl would be toasted coconut chips! Yumo.
Love that idea Rhonda!
