Whole30 Baby Greens Bacon Breakfast
A healthy and happy way to start your morning! Whole30 breakfast plate with baby greens, bacon, eggs, and fresh raspberry dressing. Paleo, gluten free, and spring fresh!
glorious whole30 breakfast
Ooooh la la. Look at that little eggy π So cute! This rad plate of whole30 goodness is like vegetarian crazed mama (baby greens) meets eggs and bacon brunch (eggs and bacon, duhπ), meets pockets full of sunshine (eggies!), meets your bubbly, always joyful second cousin- a.k.a rrrraspberries! Now if that doesn’t get you excited about eating breakfast, I don’t know what will.
You wouldn’t believe the behind the scenes of this photo shoot. Pure chaos, my friends. Every counter was occupied by dishes, ingredients, bowls of stuff… plates and cups full of other stuff. On top of the table my tripod was trying to get a breath, as it was surrounded by a gazillion props and chords going to my lighting unit; not to mention the reflector and kitchen chairs strewn here and there.
I know one day I will look back and laugh at these times and wish them back. But right now, all I want is a gorgeous studio like this dream. *Note to self: look back at this post in five years and see how far you have come.
Fooooods. You’re so beautiful! I have been obsessed with fresh ingredients all week (and lifeπ). So, to satisfy this craving, I have prepared a tasty little thing I like to call: whole30 breakfast plate with bacon, the best eggs ever, baby kale (so dang pretty!), arugula, fresh raspberries, served with homemade raspberry dressing and avocado.
And that fresh mint: zzzzesty! Gimme. I want all the fresh mint and raspberries.
I should probably think of another name.
- 2 cups baby kale
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 1 green onion chopped small
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 tableposons water
- 8 small fresh mint leaves
- 2 boiled eggs
- 4 pieces cooked bacon or bacon bits
- 1 small avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

This is great! Thanks!! I was wondering if you could share how you calculate nutritional information per serving? I would love to know for additional recipes!π I’m new here and love your site!! Thanks again! Renee
Oh yay! Glad you are here!! My website does all the calculating for me via my recipe card plugin π I enter in the ingredients by brand and serving and it adds it all up for me!
Thanks for sharing!! I can’t wait to try this and other recipes from you! Renee
Anytime π <3 <3
Great looking recipe! I don’t think the nutrition info is correct though. One egg has 70 calories in it, yet the count for one serving is 57. I’m confused!!!
Ooooh, let me check! Thanks for pointing that out π My website automatically calculated it, so Ill pop in and see what going on π
Ah! Fixed it! It wasn’t calculating everything… obviously π Thank you again for catching that!
U canβt have bacon on the whole 30 unless u use bacon that has no sugar in the ingredients which is hard sometimes to find
Some great recipe ideas, thank you! I eat high protein low carb. Good education here, and switching it up on daily foods is so important in order to maintain healthy lifestyle for longer periods of time. π
