Healthy dairy free tzatziki dip made with coconut yogurt (it’s thick like greek yogurt!!). Made in just a few minutes. Delicious for topping off all your favorite meals or dippings with veggies sticks. Paleo and whole30 friendly.
This tzatziki sauce has me head over heels and all my attention! As if Coyo wasn’t amazing enough by itself, mixing it up in the food processor with garden fresh cucumber and herbs… ahhh, you just have to trust me on this one, so good! Also, get in the kitchen and mix it up yourself, so we can both dip our veggie sticks into this awesome sauce!
coconut greek yogurt tzatziki
This dip is made with an uber thick and and creamy coconut yogurt that strongly resembles greek yogurt! Dairy free greek yogurt people! With garlic and dill… where’s my carrot stick?? This stuff is gold.
- 12 oz Coyo coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
