Paleo Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona coffee is a viral whipped coffee trend right now and I know why- it’s SO good! This whipped coffee is like drinking a sweet coffee cloud.
Dalgona coffee is made with three ingredients and today I’ve made my own paleo version! Grab your coffee and a whisk and let’s begin! This recipe is dairy free and refined sugar free.
How to make dalgona coffee without cane sugar:
Dalgona coffee is traditionally made with regular sugar, but to make this recipe paleo I have decided to swap that out for coconut sugar.
The results were perfect. The creamy and fluffy cloud-like texture is face-plant-worthy and the copper-caramelly color is incredibly beautiful.
All in all, I’d say that this coffee hit the spot and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t even drink coffee!
The last time I had coffee was when I was sixteen, but when I saw this extra fluffy coffee, I knew I needed to try it!
Now, I’m obsessed and I have been making it every morning. Oh well.
This recipe take 3-5 minutes to whip up with an electric whisk. In almost no time, you will have a super frothy, fluffy cloud of coffee in your cup!
Best electric whisk options:
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee or 1 via packet
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup almond milk

Your recipe is interesting. I tried it once, luckily, it succeeded. I used unsweetened milk because I’m on a keto diet.
