Just look at all that chocolate. Well, hello there. And YUM! Holy moly, I just can’t stay away from baking brownies. My feed lately has been crowded with brownie recipes! Legit. But, I don’t yet have a recipe loaded with loads and loads of chocolate and nuts yet. So, I felt like it was a plenty good enough excuse to pop into the kitchen for a quick (and chocolaty) bake! Consensus is: I’m more than glad I did.

Just a simple warning from one friend to another: these brownies will be devoured quickly! So, if you are planning on stashing away any for yourself, I suggest making an extra batch; ya know, just for the cook. 😉

The goods are made with cocoa, plus an extra dose of my personal fave, black cocoa. Black cocoa (or dutch processed cocoa) is cocoa powder that has had its acids stripped in processing. But what I really love it for is it’s nice and extra rich tone and ascetic. Yes, it’s really black!! I source mine from here.

As if two doses of chocolate weren’t enough, I loaded up the insides with chocolate chips and topped them off with generous drizzles of melted chocolate. Mmmmm…

I guess I should have called them quadruple chocolate brownies!!!

Today, I spent the day making more than just one chocolatey baked treat. Let’s just say, you will have a lot more paleo chocolate recipes in your future! Including, super fudgey banana zucchini bread (and yes, it’s paleo, of course! Yum!), and some more goods that I won’t give away just yet.

Triple Fudge Coconut Flour Brownies

A must make decadent triple fudge coconut flour brownie recipe! Completely paleo and a healthy treat for everyone! Gluten eaters and healthy eaters alike will devour these rich chocolaty treats. Packed with loads of chocolate and nuts, these brownies are ready for the oven in only five minutes!

Cook Time 30-35 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 7" by 7" square brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor (or by hand) combine the ingredients for the brownies (except the chopped pecan pieces and chocolate chips). Blend the batter until completely smooth.
  3. Then stir in the chocolate chips and pecan pieces by hand. Pour the batter into the 7" brownie pan and smooth out.
  4. Bake on 350F for 30-35 minutes until a knife when inserted comes out clean.
  5. Optional toppings are 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted with 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil (drizzle) and toasted nuts.
