5 Minute Spicy Jalapeño Broccoli Falafel
Spicy broccoli falafel- made in the blender without beans or flour! These paleo and gluten free falafel are SO easy to make and freeze well. Made with fresh broccoli, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor combine all ingredients for falafel (except oil). You may need to add 1-2 tablespoons water or olive oil to the mix if you mixture is crumbling. Use a small ice-cream scoop and form 13 falafel balls. I use broccoli rice from Trader Joe’s- you can make it at home too by mincing broccoli. Fresh of frozen broccoli rice works.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and set the falafel balls on the tray. Gently rolling them in olive oil on all sides, then bake on 350F for 20 minutes until golden. Remove and serve with any of the sauces in recipe notes.
