Paleo Avocado Brownie Cups
Paleo, gluten-free, and chocolaty, these delicious brownies are all you need and more. Made with almond butter and avocado there is no need for butter or eggs. Enjoy plain or add on the almond butter frosting for an extra sweet treat.

Cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Generously spray a muffin pan with coconut oil.
  2. Combine cupcake ingredients in a food processor and mix until a batter is smooth.
  3. Divide batter evenly between muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 22 minutes on 350F. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before topping with frosting.
Frosting
  1. Mix vanilla frosting with creamy almond butter. I used Simple Mills frosting.
