Ingredients

1large avocado
1handful cilantroabout 1/2 cup
1/4cup olive oil
2-4tablespoons waterthin to taste
lime juiceor lemon from 1 lime/lemon
1large garlic clove
1teaspoon sea saltto taste

Instructions

In a blender or food processor combine ingredients for dressing until smooth. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.
